1. Introduction

Welcome to the members’ portal of Sama Collective. By registering for or using our members-only services, you (“you”, “the user”, “member”) agree to be legally bound by this User Agreement.

This agreement outlines the terms under which access is granted to the secure portal, including the standards of conduct, data handling, booking processes, and service expectations. Please read it carefully.


2. Eligibility

To access the Sama Collective members portal, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate, complete personal information

  • Be approved by Sama Collective for access, at our sole discretion

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access without notice.


3. Membership Access

Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

  • Keep your login details confidential

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

  • Not allow others to use your account

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect breach of security, misrepresentation, or abuse.


4. Use of the Platform

By using the members’ portal, you agree:

  • To use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes

  • Not to disrupt, attempt to hack, or interfere with site operations

  • Not to scrape, duplicate, or commercially exploit any content or functionality without written consent

  • To maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding exclusive offers or bookings made available to you

You are responsible for any activity under your login.


5. Bookings via the Portal

Any travel, lifestyle, or concierge service booked through your member login is subject to:

  • Our Terms & Conditions

  • The specific terms of the third-party service provider

  • Availability and final confirmation

Sama Collective acts as an agent on your behalf. We are not the provider of the service and are not responsible for its delivery.


6. Fees & Payment

Where applicable, fees for services or bookings will be clearly outlined prior to confirmation. You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable charges as per invoice or payment instructions

  • Comply with cancellation and refund terms set by suppliers

  • Be responsible for any charges resulting from false or inaccurate booking requests

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for unpaid accounts.


7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform functionality are owned or licensed by Sama Collective and protected by copyright, trademark, and design laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the portal or its content

  • Use our branding or designs without express permission


8. Privacy & Data

We collect, process, and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the members area, you consent to such data collection and use.

Your data is handled with the utmost confidentiality, especially given the profile of our members.


9. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality around any exclusive content, pricing, itineraries, or offerings presented in the members’ area. This includes:

  • Not sharing screenshots, emails, or private links externally

  • Not discussing private pricing or client benefits with non-members

Breach of this may result in immediate termination of access.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or revoke membership access at our sole discretion

  • Terminate accounts for misuse, breach of terms, or reputational harm

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us.


11. Liability

Sama Collective provides access to services as an agent, not a provider. We are not liable for:

  • Service failures, delays, or provider misconduct

  • Losses resulting from reliance on content within the portal

  • Technical issues or service interruptions

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.


12. Modifications

This agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the members’ area constitutes acceptance of the latest version.


13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
