1. Introduction

Sama Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a luxury travel and concierge service provider, acting as an agent on behalf of clients and third-party suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, yacht and jet charter operators, event organisers, and other service providers). By using our services or website, you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Sama Collective facilitates bookings and bespoke arrangements for travel, lifestyle, and event-related services, including but not limited to:

• Hotel and villa bookings

• Private jet and yacht charters

• Transfers and chauffeur services

• Restaurant reservations

• Event access and ticketing

• Corporate concierge and white-label services

We act solely as a booking agent and do not own, operate, or control the services provided by third-party suppliers.

3. Booking Terms

3.1 Agency Status

All arrangements made through Sama Collective are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier providing the service. Your contract for each booking is directly with the supplier, not with Sama Collective. We accept no liability for the acts, omissions, or service failures of the supplier.

3.2 Payments

• We may collect the full payment from you and remit the net amount to the supplier, retaining our commission.

• Alternatively, you may pay the supplier directly, and we invoice them for our commission.

• All payment structures will be clearly communicated in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our discretion.

4. Prices and Fees

All prices are provided in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on availability, exchange rates, and third-party supplier changes. We will always inform you of any changes before confirming your booking.

Service or handling fees may be charged for certain requests and will be disclosed before payment.

5. Amendments & Cancellations

All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are subject to the terms of the individual supplier with whom your booking has been made.

We will assist you in communicating with suppliers regarding changes but are not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from cancellation or amendments beyond our control.

6. Insurance

We do not provide travel or booking insurance. All services booked through us are subject to the supplier’s insurance coverage and terms.

You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance independently to cover cancellations, delays, personal liability, medical costs, and other risks.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• As an agent, Sama Collective is not liable for the provision or quality of services delivered by suppliers.

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience resulting from a supplier’s performance or failure to perform.

• While we endeavour to recommend reputable providers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party services.

We are not liable for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Complying with visa, passport, vaccination, and travel entry requirements

• Adhering to the terms and conditions of each supplier

• Acting respectfully and lawfully when engaging with services we arrange

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, images, copy, and design, is the intellectual property of Sama Collective or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be shared with relevant third parties for the purpose of fulfilling your booking or request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
